I have spent almost my entire life battling with a negative and toxic relationship to food and my weight. Since a young age, I was told by my family that I was greedy with food, carrying more weight than I should, and that this was a problem that made me less lovable. 

As a result, I spent my entire adult life dieting, trying new fitness regimes, and dealing with orthorexia and body dysmorphia. I'm now 40, run a successful business, and have 2 kids.
